SHANGHAI, Nov. 10, 2025 — Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: ATAT), a prominent hospitality and lifestyle firm in China, known as “Atour” or “the Company,” disclosed today that Mr. Cong Lin has stepped down from his roles as a company director, a member of the Board’s Audit Committee, and a member of the Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, citing personal reasons. This resignation is effective November 10, 2025. Mr. Lin affirmed that he holds no claims against the Company and harbors no disagreements with the Board. Concurrently, the Board has named Mr. Yingchun Song as a director, a member of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, also effective November 10, 2025.

Mr. Yingchun Song established Wuhan Today Dream Trading Co., Ltd., known for the Today Convenience Store brand, in July 2008 and has since acted as its chairman. Possessing substantial background in the retail chain sector, he offers considerable proficiency in supply chain administration and brand management to his new position. In July 2021, he took on the role of Director at the Alibaba Foundation. Additionally, he occupies senior capacities in various business organizations, including serving as the Executive Director of the China Chain Store & Franchise Association (CCFA) starting March 2023, and as the president of the Wuhan Young Entrepreneurs Association since May 2023.
