Epson opens office in Davao City

EPSON Philippines has opened an office in Davao City as part of its sustained investment in the country, it said in a statement on Tuesday

The Davao office was now handling the company’s “multi-million business” across 45 managed partners in Mindanao, the company said.

The Davao sales office also features the Epson Solution Center, where its products are displayed and demoed.

Epson sees printers, scanners and projectors, among other products, in the Philippines.

“With Epson’s investment in our new home in Davao City, we have consolidated our resources in one place so that our customers and partners in the region can access all our products at our new Solution Center,” Epson Philippines President Masako Kusama said.

“The Southern Mindanao economic landscape has seen exponential growth in recent years,” she said. “Our latest investment in the new Davao sales office and Solution Center is a show of our confidence in the region’s growth, and we will continue our commitment to enabling the local community through our solutions.”

In February, Epson Philippines launched its new country headquarters in Pasig City as part of its local expansion.

The company, which established its local corporate presence in 1998, has 77 authorized service centers, 200 dealers and more than 800 shops nationwide. — Revin Mikhael D. Ochave
