Abcede started out strong and dropped Tyira with a thunderous left to the jaw.
Tyira stood up and quickly regained his senses and finished the round standing.
The 21-year-old South African leaned on his jab to outbox Abcede in the next 10 rounds.
Sensing the need of a knockout, Abcede came out swinging in the final round but Tyira boxed beautifully to finish the 12-round fight with his hands raised.
Abcede suffered another loss on the round after losing to Kento Hatanaka by unanimous decision in Japan in 2019. He dropped to 20-10 with 12 knockouts.
Tyira, on the other hand, won his second straight fight against a Filipino after beating Joey Canoy by unanimous decision in his previous fight back on May 21. He is now 6-1 with two knockouts. (EKA)
