Asis set to cut loss streak vs. titlist Dib

Asis dropped his last three contests, losing to Rivan Cisaire, Bowyn Morgan and Youssef Dib, Billel’s cousin.

Asis, who’s originally from Davao City, is now living in Toowoomba, Queensland. He’s been 16-7 in his campaign in Australia since 2010.

Asis has not fought since losing to Youssef via a third round technical knockout.

Billel, on the other hand, is also on a long layoff. His last fight was a unanimous decision win over Filipino Carlo Magali on Sept. 14, 2019. He won his last three fights.

Asis is 38-23-5 with 19 knockouts, while Billel is 24-3 with 11 knockouts. (EKA)
