A LOTTO bettor from Cebu might celebrate an early Christmas this year.
This after the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, that a solo bettor from Cebu won the P120 million Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot prize on Monday, Aug. 30.
On PCSO’s official Facebook page, the state lottery office announced that the winning ticket, with the numbers 07-13-05-25-28-03, was bought in Mandaue City.
Lotto outlets located in Mandaue City told SunStar Cebu that the winning ticket was reportedly bought in front of a mall in Barangay Centro.
But when SunStar Cebu went to the outlet to confirm, the management denied this.
Nelson Dabajo, a resident of Barangay Centro and a consistent lotto bettor, said he was happy upon hearing that a Mandaue City resident had won the lotto jackpot.
Dabajo said this would inspire other lotto aficionados like him to not give up and continue to pursue the jackpot. (KFD)
