Development Corp. has expanded its operations in the municipality of Compostela with its newly opened batching plant in the town, taking a turn to advancement in Cebu’s construction industry.The company has become a consistent provider of ready-mixed concrete in the province and the northern Mindanao area.The firm has two concrete batching plants spread out evenly in the northern and southern parts of Cebu: one in Labogon, Mandaue City and Pangdan in the City of Naga, southern Cebu.“The expansion of the batching plant helps bolster several industries in Compostela, Cebu,” Mayor Felijur P.
