PROPERTY developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has announced the launch of Tower 4 of Casa Mira Towers Palawan, following the impressive sales performance of its first three towers.
The Casa Mira Towers Palawan, consisting of seven towers with a sales value of P6.4 billion, marks CLI’s inaugural project in the province.
Phase 1, comprising the initial three towers, quickly sold all of its 721 units, generating a total reservation sales of P2.1 billion.
The addition of the fourth tower will provide fresh inventory for CLI, which has already achieved a 94 percent sell-out status for all saleable projects across different stages of development as of the first three quarters of 2023.
The completion of Phase 1 of Casa Mira Towers Palawan is scheduled for 2026, while the newly launched Tower 4 is expected to be completed in 2027. (PR)
