The “Ber” months are coming and in no time, it will be Christmas season.Speaking of the “Ber” months, Chef Ave Bayle will be conducting a hands-on workshop in Cebu, in partnership with Family’s Choice Cocoa.Rosalina “Chef Ave” Bayle hails from Batangas. She fondly shares that decorating cakes and teaching baking courses is her dream job.She started her journey in 2012 and opened a cake shop a year after. Eventually, she conducted online and face-to-face classes for learners of different expertise levels. She specializes in buttercream, which adds an exquisite touch thus cakes, thus the nickname, “The Buttercream Diva.”Her most unforgettable career experience was when she was invited to teach buttercream classes in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In all her classes, not only do her students learn through hands-on baking, but they also experience her wittiness thanks to her joyous personality.Chef Ave is known for her infectious laugh, leaving her students wanting for more of her fun-filled yet instructive classes. Her students are mostly bakers who are trying to get into the pastry business. Chef Ave has endorsed reliable brands and products that have made a mark in the pastries and baking industry.On Sept. 17, Chef Ave is coming to Cebu for a hands-on group workshop that focuses on three holiday recipes. The workshop will also include costing and tips in selling the baked recipes. These recipes will be made using Family’s Choice Sweetened Cocoa, a pre-mixed ingredient that already has sugar, salt and flavoring. The sweetened cocoa ingredient makes recipes easy and economical since lesser ingredients are involved.
