KWF will accept proposals that deal with technical works, linguistic research, creative literary works written in Filipino and in regional languages in the Philippines such as Cebuano, Chavacano, Hiligaynon, Ilocano, Waray, Bikol, Kapampangan, Tausug, Mëranaw, Kinaray-a, Surigaonon and others.
The call is open to all writers, editors, translators in Filipino and regional languages.
The project aims to further strengthen the use of the Filipino language and regional languages in the Philippines. Also, it aims to collect important works related to the country’s language and culture that can be used for study, teaching, and research by students, teachers and scholars.
