MARK “Machete” Bernaldez logged his third straight win after a seventh round technical knockout of Juan Kantun on Saturday, July 10, 2021 (PH time), at the Airport Hilton in Miami, Florida, USA.
Bernaldez dropped Kantun twice and finally stopped him in the seventh round of an eight-round bout.
Bernaldez, now based in Miami, won his third straight contest since suffering a unanimous decision defeat in the hands of Albert Bell a year ago.
The 27-year-old Bernaldez, a former ALA Boy, improved to 23-4 with 17 knockouts, while Kantun suffered his eight straight defeat and dropped to 21-12-3 with 15 knockouts. (EKA)
