It was a campus romance that began when Vince Yu and Dessa Elesterio were classmates at law school. He was immediately attracted to her and in time, love bloomed. Somewhere along the way Vince decided to concentrate on the family business (he now runs Blu Kuartz Holdings) while Dessa went on to become a lawyer.After a five-year relationship, they said their vows at the Sacred Heart Parish Church with the blessings of their respective parents, lawyer Petronio and Lydia Josefina Elesterio, and Mark and Gina Yu.Reception was an elegant dinner affair at Radisson Blu’s Sta. Maria Ballroom, that night transformed into a garden paradise with flowers a-bloom here, there and everywhere!
