THE outpatient department of the new Cebu City Medical Center building is complete and 100 percent operational.
The outpatient department houses internal medicine, general surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics, gynecology and general dentistry. It occupies the first three floors of the 10-story CCMC building, which is still unfinished.
“While we are working very hard to complete the facility, the City Government is making sure that we can already accommodate more patients and provide them with the much-needed medical services,” said Mayor Edgardo Labella in a Facebook post.
The free services offered by the outpatient department can be availed of from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.
The Cebu City Hall led by Labella held a soft opening for the outpatient department on Dec. 28, 2020.
Labella urged his constituents to wear masks, face shields and observe social distancing when they visit the outpatient department for a checkup. / PAC
