Summit Galleria Cebu reopens ‘weekend buffet’ after two years

ROBINSONS Hotels and Resorts (RHR) has announced that its all-day dining restaurant Café Summit Cebu has recently rolled out its weekend lunch buffet, as the country starts to adapt to the new normal.“We are excited to welcome back guests to Cafe Summit as we offer our brand of sustainable cuisines in our buffet dining,” Mau Domingo, the restaurant’s head chef said in a statement. “This buffet is an initiative to take the lead as the first buffet choice of Cebuanos. We are ensuring that our diners will enjoy a safe, relaxing, and gourmet dining experience.”RHR, the hospitality arm of Robinsons Land Corp., said Café Summit highlights signature Cebuano dishes and delicacies, contemporary Filipino, Continental and Asian cuisine favorites.Summit Galleria Hotel Cebu, where the restaurant is located, is the latest business establishment to further open up post-pandemic after more than two years, as restrictions further eased and consumers are going back to dining in.The restaurant is open to both hotel guests and mall goers of Robinsons Galleria Cebu.The weekend lunch buffet, rated at P588 per person, is available from Friday to Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.“Café Summit also seeks to reignite guests’ gustatory senses as they can watch the kitchen team, under the helm of head Chef Mau Dominguez, prepare their dishes from the pan to the platter,” RHR said.Café Summit is the first dining concept brand of the Gokongwei-owned RHR.
