TALISAY City representative Kiara Liane Wellington claimed this year’s Miss Sinulog Festival Queen 2023 title during the coronation night at the Cebu City Sports Center on Friday, January 13, 2023.
Righ after winning, Wellington shared that she felt “so emotional.”
“I just never thought [I would win] I worked so hard for this, and I can’t believe I’m Miss Sinulog 2023,” the newly crowned Sinulog Festival Queen said.
The rest of the winners are as follows:
1st Runner-up – Carcar City
2nd Runner-up – Toledo City
3rd Runner-up – Lapu-Lapu City
4th Runner-up – Inayawan
