ALL regular and job order (JO) employees of the Talisay City Government will have wider smiles this coming Christmas.
This after Talisay City Budget officer Edgar Mabunay announced that the City will release the Christmas bonuses for all their employees before Dec. 25, 2022.
Mabunay said each of the 380 regular employees at City Hall will receive a Christmas bonus worth P25,000 based on their Collective Negotiable Agreement aside from their year-end bonuses.
As for their JO employees, Mabunay said the city government has already allotted funds for their Christmas bonuses but the amount they will receive has yet to be determined.
Mabunay said they have also set aside funds for the productivity-based bonus and productivity-enhancement incentives for their regular employees, but they are still waiting for guidelines from the Department of Budget and Management before these can be released. (BBT / TPT)
