Ban on poultry imports from Japan lifted  

THE Department of Agriculture (DA) has lifted a temporary ban on poultry imports from Japan, after that country’s poultry industry was deemed free of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI), or bird flu.    Agriculture Secretary William D.
