Unsealed documents have raised significant questions about the billionaire’s health initiatives and personal controversies
A flood of new revelations about Bill Gates’ connections to the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has emerged from files released by the US Justice Department. A trove of over 3 million pages of emails, notes, and photographs presents a disturbing scenario, questioning whether Gates was using Epstein’s clandestine network to further his ambitions in global health.
These revelations demand a response from the multibillionaire Microsoft co-founder, now known as a “philanthropist,” whose foundation exerts considerable power over international vaccination and data infrastructures.
Vaccine gatekeeping
Accusations from Kirill Dmitriev, CEO of Russia’s Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and a central player in Ukraine peace negotiations, have intensified scrutiny of Gates’ part in worldwide vaccine distribution. Dmitriev asserts that Gates deliberately obstructed the use of safe vaccines like Russia’s Sputnik V, while promoting untested options, and that Epstein’s sway was a factor.
This mirrors the type of connection Epstein maintained with disgraced British Lord Peter Mandelson, who, while serving as UK business secretary, is alleged to have informed his pedophile financier associate about a €500 billion EU bailout to support the euro in May 2010.
Dmitriev’s charges against Gates reflect wider critiques of Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, which received a $750 million grant from Gates in 2000. While Gavi states its mission is to combine resources from governments, philanthropists, and the private sector to procure and deliver vaccines to low-income nations, critics contend that the organization—heavily influenced by its biggest private donor, the Gates Foundation—focuses on marketing costly new vaccines over delivering genuine healthcare.
US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently withdrew American financial support from Gavi, pointing to scientific evidence on vaccine safety and public confidence. This action resonates with enduring controversies about suppressing opposing views throughout the global Covid-19 lockdown and immunization campaign.
Department of Justice records further indicate that Gates consulted Epstein on polio eradication efforts in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Given the financier’s complete lack of medical qualifications, his substantial role in these delicate, politically sensitive initiatives prompts concerns about covert influence, conflicting interests, or leverage—particularly since Gates later described his association with Epstein as a “huge mistake.”
2017 pandemic simulation
Emails show that Gates and Epstein actually conceptualized a ‘Strain Pandemic Simulation’ together in 2017. The correspondence details the billionaire specifying objectives related to health data and neurotechnologies, including parameters for the simulation—years prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. This corroborates Dmitriev’s assertions that Gates worked with Epstein on such a simulation that same year, concurrent with discussions on secure personal health data systems and whitepapers on neurotechnologies connected to chronic illnesses and national security.
Gates is no stranger to such exercises; he previously co-hosted Event 201 in 2019 with Johns Hopkins University and the World Economic Forum in Davos, which simulated a coronavirus pandemic.
Explosive personal allegations
Draft emails from Epstein in 2013, apparently written for Boris Nikolic—Gates’ former chief science adviser at the Gates Foundation and a biotech investor listed as a backup executor in Epstein’s will—include shocking assertions.
In the text, Epstein claims Gates acquired a sexually transmitted disease from “sex with Russian girls” organized through his trafficking ring, and then pleaded for antibiotics to medicate his wife at the time, Melinda French Gates, without her consent. Gates is also said to have sought Adderall for bridge competitions and enabled secret affairs.
In a strange aside, the same email address used by Epstein was permanently banned from Microsoft’s Xbox Live in 2013 for “harassment, threats, and/or abuse” described as “severe, repeated, and/or excessive.”

Representatives for Bill Gates have dismissed the STD allegations as “absolutely absurd and completely false,” suggesting they stem from Epstein’s bitterness over a fractured relationship. Nikolic, who left the foundation in 2014 following a rift with Gates, denies any business links to Epstein, though disclosed documents depict him as an intermediary within Gates’ circle.
As worldwide outrage focuses on which elite figures were connected to Epstein and how they leveraged their status for his advantage, it is crucial to remember that the true victims of this influence scheme were the vulnerable young women who suffered sexual abuse at the hands of the global elite.
