SECURITY Bank was again recognized by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) for its excellence in corporate governance, awarding the Bank with three golden arrows at a ceremony held in Sheraton Manila. The bank received the recognition after scoring 103.32 on the 2021 Asean Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS). A three-arrow recognition is given to publicly listed companies that achieve a score of 100-109 on the scorecard. ACGS is an assessment based on international best practices in corporate governance. The rigorous methodology was developed by experts across the region to assess the corporate governance standing and performance of publicly listed companies in six participating Asean member countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
