See them in the Uniteam Festival Rally (One Island, One Province, One Cebu) on April 18 at Citi De Mare, Filinvest Grounds, SRP Coastal Road.The event is packed with a star-studded lineup of talents from Cebu and the nation’s capital. Manila-based and local artists will perform from 1 to 5 p.m. and will continue after the rally until midnight.Local bands include Quinta, On the Cover, Lumad Basakanon and Lupon Anduyo. Tom Candy and Mafe Castillo host. Among the Manila-based artists are Daryl Ong, Deal Formilleza, Jroa, Shamrock, Silent Sanctuary, Aegis, and Andrew E. Hosts are actor, singer, and comedian Bayani Agbayani and comedienne, singer and actress Alex Gonzaga.Happening alongside is a color-filled showcase of the region’s best-known festivals: Sinulog, Kadaugan sa Mactan, Rosquillos Festival, Lechon Festival and Palawod Festival.For the safety and comfort of senior citizens, the Uniteam Festival Rally (One Island, One Province, One Cebu) will have an area especially dedicated to them.Bringing in of sharp objects and big bags is strictly prohibited.
