VIRGEL Vitor is out to prove that he’s ready for the next level by putting on an impressive performance on Friday night, Sept. 9, 2022, against Thai up-and-comer Arnon Yupang. Vitor and Yupang will duke it out for World Boxing Organization (WBO) Oriental super featherweight title in the main event of “Kumong Bol-anon 7” in Dimiao, Bohol.“I’ll put on an impressive show for everyone on top of the ring. I won’t promise a knockout but if a chance comes and that I’ll see a hole in his game, then I’ll knock him out. What’s important is that I’ll get an impressive win,” the 25-year-old Vitor said. “His style really fits my style. He’s also a technical boxer.”Vitor should break into the world rankings of the WBO super featherweight division if he beats Yupang and brings home the WBO Oriental belt.
