This launch deployed 11 satellites, bringing the total constellation size to 52 operational satellites. The company is on schedule to complete the first phase of its deployment, reaching 64 satellites within the next month, which will enable seamless, real-time global data connectivity, excluding polar regions.
GEESATCOM is engineered to facilitate satellite-based IoT and inter-satellite communication across various sectors, including intelligent connected vehicles, marine fisheries, construction equipment, low-altitude transportation, emergency services, general transportation and logistics, public infrastructure, energy, water management, agriculture, forestry, and animal husbandry.
Geespace is expanding internationally, forging partnerships with organizations in over 20 countries. In the Middle East and Africa, it has established collaborations with Azyan Telecom in Oman, ATSS in Saudi Arabia, and Soremar in Morocco. It has also created a joint venture with Malaysia’s ALTEL in Southeast Asia and is collaborating with Argentina’s Orbith in South America to stimulate market growth and explore integrated LEO-GEO applications.
As the satellite deployment nears completion, Geespace aims to further expand its global partnerships to promote the widespread commercialization of LEO satellite IoT, supporting smart mobility, industrial upgrades, and the expansion of the global digital economy.
