(NASDAQ: CJET) (the “Company”) today announced it has finalized an agreement with specific investors for the sale of a total of 100,000,000 Class A ordinary shares, with a par value of $0.003 per share (referred to as the “Shares”), or pre-funded warrants instead, at a price of $0.15 per share through a registered direct offering. The purchase price for the pre-funded warrants is equivalent to that of the Shares, less an exercise price of $0.003 per share.
