State-of-the-Art Facility Now Operational and Actively Processing Orders
SHENZHEN, China, Oct. 09, 2025 — Jayud Global Logistics Limited (NASDAQ: JYD) (“Jayud” or the “Company”), a leading Shenzhen-based provider of end-to-end supply chain solutions specializing in cross-border logistics, today announced the launch of its cross-border e-commerce logistics hub in the Ezhou Huahu Airport Economic Zone, which is now operational and processing customer orders. This event signifies the beginning of the Company’s investment agreement with the Ezhou Huahu Airport Economic Zone Management Committee to develop a cutting-edge e-commerce logistics operation.
According to the agreement, Jayud will create a wholly foreign-owned subsidiary within the Ezhou Huahu Airport Economic Zone and form partnerships with at least 2 logistics companies and 15 cross-border e-commerce businesses. This strategic location will enhance Jayud’s ability to serve the rapidly expanding cross-border e-commerce market, with goals including exceeding US$70 million in annual cross-border trade volume.
The new facility positions Jayud as a major logistics player in one of China’s most strategically important aviation logistics centers. It capitalizes on Ezhou Huahu Airport’s unique advantages as a major air cargo gateway and a key hub for SF Airlines. The cross-border e-commerce project includes advanced logistics facilities, bonded warehouse operations, and fully integrated supply chain services, all designed to meet the rising demand for international e-commerce logistics solutions.
The agreement offers comprehensive government support and incentives to accelerate Jayud’s cross-border e-commerce operations. These include policy support, help with business registration and project approvals, business environment optimization, and assistance in connecting with potential logistics and e-commerce partners, as well as reserved space at Ezhou Huahu Airport’s bonded logistics center for future growth. Upon meeting specific performance targets, Jayud will qualify for industrial development subsidies, further enhancing the project’s financial benefits.
Xiaogang Geng, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Jayud, commented, “This week marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter as our Ezhou Huahu Airport logistics hub becomes fully operational and starts processing customer orders. This milestone reflects our dedication to improving cross-border e-commerce logistics infrastructure and providing top-tier supply chain solutions. The Ezhou Huahu Airport Economic Zone provides unmatched access to China’s growing aviation logistics network, strengthening our ability to serve global e-commerce companies and their changing needs.”
According to data from the Civil Aviation Administration of China, Ezhou Huahu Airport handled over 1.08 million tons of cargo and mail between January and September of this year, a 58% increase year-over-year. International cargo and mail throughput exceeded 360,000 tons, a 138% year-on-year increase, which boosted Hubei Province’s foreign trade growth by 6.1 percentage points. The airport operated 27,600 cargo flights, ranking fourth nationwide, behind only Hong Kong International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, and Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport. Ezhou Huahu International Airport has continued to expand its international air cargo network, launching 24 new cargo routes this year, including 18 international routes to destinations like Clark (Philippines), Oslo (Norway), San Salvador (El Salvador), Tbilisi (Georgia), Milan (Italy), and Paris (France), expanding its existing cargo route coverage around the globe, for a total of 109 air cargo routes.
