Bodor Laser Holds Annual Awards and Year Kick – off at New Global Headquarters Campus

JINAN, China, Feb. 14, 2026 — Bodor Laser brought together employees from all over the company at Dream Park, its newly completed global headquarters campus, for its Annual Awards Ceremony and Year Kickoff event. With the theme “Park & Dreams,” the event served as both a review of the achievements in 2025 and the official start of the company’s next stage of development.

In his keynote speech, President Kong Jie explained the vision behind Dream Park and reconfirmed Bodor Laser’s dedication to innovation and sustainable growth. In the past 18 years, the company has grown from its early facilities to the full – scale operation of Dream Park, a significant milestone that shows long – term investment in advanced manufacturing and global operations.

Designed as a modern industrial campus, Dream Park combines production, R&D, office space, intelligent management systems, and employee facilities in a unified layout. The campus is meant to improve operational efficiency while promoting a collaborative and people – centered working environment.

Even though the global market environment was challenging, Bodor Laser had a strong performance in 2025, exceeding its annual goals. According to Qianzhan Industry Research Institute, the company ranked first globally in the sales volume of fiber laser cutting machines (1,000W and above) for the sixth consecutive year (2019–2024). During that year, more than 10,000 machines were delivered from the DreamSpace Super Factory, further enhancing production capacity and operational efficiency.

Other important achievements included setting up a South China headquarters in Shenzhen, expanding the sheet and tube laser cutting product lines along with a full range of welding solutions, winning three Red Dot Design Awards (including “Best of the Best”), and launching large – scale AI projects, such as a proprietary AI agent to promote the integration of intelligent manufacturing.

Looking forward, 2026 has been identified as a crucial year. The company has set a revenue target of RMB 4.6 billion and plans to further strengthen its global sales leadership, upgrade its product portfolios, enhance channel capabilities, and improve innovation systems to support long – term strategic growth.

At the event, 19 award categories recognized nearly 300 employees for their outstanding contributions, and 27 employees were honored for 10 years of service. With Dream Park fully operational, Bodor Laser aims to further strengthen cooperation across R&D, manufacturing, and global operations while promoting intelligent manufacturing around the world.
