Chijet Motor Company, Inc. Prices $8.0 Million Public Offering

NEW YORK, Sept. 03, 2025 — Chijet Motor Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: CJET) (referred to as “the Company” or “Chijet”), a high-tech company specializing in the development, manufacturing, sales, and servicing of both traditional fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles (“NEV”), today disclosed the pricing details of its previously announced public offering. This offering consists of a total of 13,560,000 Class A ordinary shares and warrants to purchase up to 13,560,000 Class A ordinary shares, offered at a combined price of $0.59 per share and its accompanying warrant.

Each warrant will have a five (5) year term from its issuance date and will become exercisable immediately upon issuance at an initial exercise price of $0.59 per share. This price is subject to potential adjustments on the First Reset Date and the Second Reset Date (as specified in the warrants), and also to a defined floor price. Furthermore, the warrants can be exercised via a zero-cash option, allowing the holder to exchange each warrant for two Class A ordinary shares.
