This initiative expands the Company’s Genius School framework by introducing pre-fabricated, Starlink-enabled, modular learning units suitable for integration into any school, village, or remote location.
SINGAPORE, Feb. 04, 2026 — (NYSE American: GNS) (“Genius Group”, “GNS” or the “Company”), a prominent AI-driven, Bitcoin-first education organization, announced today a new partnership agreement with ReadyNest, an Australian-based leading modular home builder. This collaboration aims to introduce AI-powered, satellite-connected, pre-built Future School ‘Space Capsules’.

- An immersive LED environment that enables virtual travel to AI-generated worlds
- An innovative high-tech design fostering immersion and collaborative learning
The synergy between the Company’s Genius Curriculum and the Space Capsule design facilitates:
- AI-enhanced mentoring for both individual and group learning
- A capacity of 12 learners per session per Space Capsule
- The ability to accommodate up to 60 learners per session in a Space Station (comprising five interconnected Space Capsules)
- Interconnectivity among Space Capsules to enable collaboration between educational institutions and countries

The Company intends to deploy the initial Space Capsules this year at its Genius High School in Bali, Indonesia, concurrently with the ongoing development of Genius City. It projects that the construction and installation expenses for each Space Capsule will be recovered within the first year of operation through tuition and/or lease fees. The Space Capsules represent a scalable solution to extend the company’s Future School model to educational institutions, communities, and remote areas globally.
Roger James Hamilton, CEO of Genius Group, commented, “We believe the future of education necessitates a fundamental transformation in both what and how we learn. Our collaboration with ReadyNest allows us to provide an affordable, scalable solution where an advanced, high-touch, AI-powered, connected classroom can be established anywhere, offering an immersive experience for students.”
“With our Space Capsules, learners will be able to step into the future, guided by personal AI mentors who can transport them on immersive journeys to historical events, to encounter dinosaurs or explore distant galaxies, or to connect with peers in different nations. As AI capabilities advance rapidly, with data centers in space accessible via satellite, our interconnected Space Capsules will evolve with technology, ensuring our learners remain at the forefront of the future.”
Abhinav Gupta, CEO of ReadyNest, stated, “We are enthusiastic about collaborating with Genius Group on this groundbreaking initiative. According to the Multifamily Modular and Prefabricated Housing Construction Market Report released last week, the modular and pre-built housing sector is projected to exceed $78 billion by 2030.”
“With increasing access to both affordable solar power and satellite internet, pre-built, off-grid structures present a growing, cost-effective model perfectly suited to bring the future of education to the remote regions that need it most. We are eager to turn this vision into reality with Genius.”
