Drawing upon the platform, Huayan Robotics will provide a detailed showcase of its intelligent automated welding solution. This cobot-based system features smooth drag-teaching, real-time seam tracking, and automatic deviation correction, enabling rapid deployment across various industries, including automotive, shipbuilding, hardware, and structural steel.
A high-precision vision inspection system, co-developed with KEYENCE, will also be presented. This system captures detailed multi-dimensional data within 0.2 seconds to meet demanding quality-control requirements.
Further demonstrations, including high-torque screwdriving and high-speed loading and unloading solutions, will highlight Huayan Robotics’ focus on heavy payloads, ultra-high speed, high precision, and flexible deployment, providing global manufacturers with enhanced options for efficient, reliable, and scalable automation.
