Lianhe Sowell International Group Ltd. Signs Non-Binding MOU with Decentralized Communications Network Provider World Mobile

SHENZHEN, CHINA, March 13, 2026 — Lianhe Sowell International Group Ltd (Nasdaq: LHSW) (the “Company”), a Chinese developer of industrial machine vision solutions, announced today the signing of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to pursue a strategic partnership with World Mobile Group Ltd, a global operator of decentralized communications networks. The collaboration was initiated and is being supported by OOKC Investment Holdings Group (“OOKC”), a global digital asset investment firm, which will serve as a strategic facilitator and ecosystem architect to help drive the partnership forward.

Under this MOU, the three parties aim to combine their respective strengths in technology, infrastructure, and capital markets to develop innovative infrastructure solutions for the modern digital economy. The partners share a common goal of advancing next-generation digital infrastructure by merging artificial intelligence (AI), decentralized telecommunications, and blockchain-based coordination. The initiative seeks to create scalable infrastructure models capable of supporting future digital services, smart city platforms, and global data ecosystems.

The collaboration will specifically focus on developing next-generation global digital infrastructure by utilizing AI, Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN), and blockchain, while also investigating new applications for Real World Assets (RWA) and Real Data Assets (RDA). Pending further negotiations and definitive agreements, the Company will provide its advanced AI hardware and intelligent systems, World Mobile will contribute its decentralized network architecture, and OOKC will manage the integration of technology ecosystems and capital resources, while assisting with strategic planning and execution.

The partnership will prioritize three primary areas:

1. AI and DePIN Digital Infrastructure Networks
Investigating the deployment of global communication networks that utilize AI-enabled devices, decentralized nodes, and blockchain coordination to improve network efficiency and digital connectivity.

2. RWA Digitization
Studying digital mapping and management frameworks for communication nodes, AI device networks, and related infrastructure to establish new value models within the digital economy.

3. RDA
Standardizing data produced by AI and IoT devices into structured assets and exploring compliant methods for managing and applying data value.

Management at the Company noted that this cooperation is designed to broaden its technological and industrial footprint in AI hardware, intelligent systems, and digital infrastructure, thereby fostering new opportunities for smart city development and the next generation of the digital economy.

As part of the framework, the parties have discussed evaluating pilot programs to test AI-integrated communication nodes and decentralized infrastructure models. Findings from these pilots are expected to inform future commercial strategies and infrastructure deployment. The parties intend to engage with other ecosystem stakeholders, including telecom operators, hardware manufacturers, technology developers, and research organizations, believing that this collaborative approach will accelerate innovation and facilitate scalable deployment.

This MOU serves as a non-binding expression of intent; any final partnership will be subject to subsequent negotiations and the execution of formal agreements.
