Shenzhen, China, Sept. 22, 2025 — Lianhe Sowell International Group Ltd (Nasdaq: LHSW) (“Lianhe Sowell” or the “Company”) announced today that it has entered into a series of supply agreements with Shenzhen Hechuan Intelligent Electronics Co., Ltd. (“Hechuan Intelligent”). Hechuan Intelligence will act as an agent for Lianhe Sowell, providing Midea Group (“Midea”) with a range of AI-powered 3D automatic optical inspection (“AOI”) solutions. These solutions include in-line 3D AOI systems, fully automated 3D optical inspection units, and double-sided DIP coating AOI equipment, with total sales reaching approximately USD 4,300,000. To date, USD 970,000 worth of equipment has been delivered. These advanced systems will be implemented in Midea’s surface-mount technology (SMT) manufacturing facilities across various regions of China. Midea Group is a major Chinese home appliance manufacturer and a leading global supplier of consumer appliances and HVAC systems.
These AOI systems utilize artificial intelligence (AI), optical imaging combined with image processing, and machine-learning algorithms to accurately detect surface defects and measure dimensions. This helps Midea ensure its components and finished products meet strict quality standards, while also improving automation and quality control in its white goods manufacturing operations.
The supply of equipment for Midea’s production lines through its key distributor demonstrates Lianhe Sowell’s ongoing success in expanding its industrial vision business and highlights the Company’s strong ability to fulfill large-scale, high-profile customer orders.
