UTime’s Subsidiary Secures a US$50 Million Intent Agreement for Smart Servers to Drive Next-Gen Computing Infrastructure

SHENZHEN, China, Feb. 03, 2026 — UTime Limited (Nasdaq: WTO), a global technology firm involved in the design, development, and production of mobile devices and smart hardware products, announced today that its Shenzhen – based subsidiary, Shenzhen Liandai Technology Co., Ltd. (“Shenzhen Liandai”), has entered into a strategic Intentional Order Cooperation Agreement (the “Cooperation Agreement”) with Shenzhen Yunwei Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (“Shenzhen Yunwei Digital”) for the possible supply of 500,000 units of smart servers, with an estimated contract value of around $50 million.

As per the Cooperation Agreement, Shenzhen Yunwei Digital has shown an intention to purchase 500,000 units of Shenzhen Liandai’s advanced GM800 model smart servers. These high – performance devices are powered by the RK3566 chipset and come with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, designed to meet the increasing demands of modern computing infrastructure.

This Cooperation Agreement signifies UTime’s strategic move into the high – value enterprise and cloud infrastructure sector, being one of the company’s most important commercial developments in recent years. The company believes that the potential $50 million order validates strongly UTime’s technological capabilities and manufacturing scale in the competitive smart hardware market.

The Cooperation Agreement provides a clear path for both parties to finalize comprehensive contract terms in the coming weeks, with the goal of completing the formal contract signing by mid – February 2026. Initial deliveries under the Cooperation Agreement are expected to start by mid – February 2026, and the performance will continue until the end in 2027.
