GUANGZHOU, China, Feb. 10, 2026 — Viomi Technology Co., Ltd (“Viomi” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: VIOT), a top technology firm in China’s home water solutions sector, today announced the appointment of Mr. Qian Sun to its board of directors (the “Board”), effective February 10, 2026. Mr. Sun succeeds Mr. De Liu, who stepped down from the Board on the same date due to personal reasons.
Mr. Sun contributes extensive experience in finance, capital markets, and corporate governance to the Board. His current roles include General Manager of the Strategic Investment Department at Xiaomi Group (“Xiaomi”) and President of Airstar Digital Technology, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiaomi. Since joining Xiaomi in July 2017, he has held various rotational positions within the Group’s Strategy Department, Internet Business Department, and China Region. He was Vice President of Xiaomi Group’s Finance Department from March 2021 to November 2025, overseeing the company’s comprehensive financial operations. Before his tenure at Xiaomi, Mr. Sun accumulated 12 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on audit and advisory services for the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.
