YXT.com Submits Comprehensive Shelf Registration Statement on Form F-3

SUZHOU, China, Dec. 17, 2025 — YXT.com Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YXT) (“YXT.com” or the “Company”), a provider of AI-enabled enterprise productivity solutions, today disclosed the submission of a shelf registration statement on Form F-3 (referred to as the “Registration Statement”) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”)

The Registration Statement is designed to grant the Company the flexibility to, at any time, offer and sell securities with a total value of up to US$100,000,000 once the filing is approved by the SEC. The securities covered by the Registration Statement encompass Class A common shares (including American depositary shares, namely ADSs), preferred shares, warrants, subscription rights, and units. The Company plans to utilize any net proceeds from sales under the Registration Statement as specified in subsequent prospectus supplements. The Company is not obligated to offer or sell securities via the shelf registration statement

The Registration Statement has been submitted to the SEC but has not yet come into effect. Securities covered by the registration cannot be sold, and offers to purchase the securities cannot be accepted before the registration statement takes effect.
