This groundbreaking initiative is integrated with the government informational system “Smart Bridge”, enabling automated tax reporting. BTCpool.kz consolidates the hashrate of Kazakhstan’s digital miners and enables transparent reporting of the digital miners’ revenues to the tax department. This integration is a requirement of the new Digital Assets law enacted in Kazakhstan in April 2023, which mandates digital miners to operate via accredited mining pools to obtain a mining license.
