With a lease term of three years, Lexmark handed over the space on Aug. 27, 2021.On Feb. 2, 2022, Lexmark turned over the 325.45 square-meter area within the LP3 third floor to Beautiful Horizons, a direct selling company that offers a wide array of products from cosmetics, personal care and skin whitening to kids and baby care and fine fragrances. With a five-year lease term, the interiors are expected to be finished in March 2022, with a target date to occupy in April.The building is a Peza-accredited space with semi-fitted floors.
