A MAN was shot while riding his motorcycle in Barangay Basak Pardo, Cebu City on Tuesday, October 11, 2022.
The victim was identified as Rodgene Tobalado, a 28-year-old resident of Sitio Ubca 3, Barangay Quiot.
According to initial investigation, he was shot by a still unidentified gunman who was also riding a motorcycle.
Witnesses said Tobalado was still able to run despite his gunshot wound only to fall several meters away. He stood up, took off his face mask, and took a few steps before falling to the ground for the last time.
His mother said her son received a call around 10 a.m. She couldn’t tell if he was talking to a woman or a man, but she heard him ask where the caller was and then he left.
The next thing she knew, she was told Tobalado had been shot and killed in the vicinity of Jumalon Drive and Tupas Street. (BBT)
