AROUND 80 ambulances or patient transport vehicles (PTVs) were turned over by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) to the beneficiary municipalities in a ceremony on Friday afternoon, March 4, 2022, at a showroom in Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City.Each vehicle loaded with medical equipment costs around P1.9 million.Mayors of beneficiary local government units from Regions 5, 6, 7 and 8 personally received the vehicles from PCSO general manager and former Cebu City Police Office director Royina Garma.Garma credited the beneficiary mayors for supporting the lotto operations in their respective municipality and the people for their continued patronage of PCSO games that led to the success of PTV program.
