Training ground for digital content creators launched

WITH the rise of content creators in the country, Republiq Group of Companies (RGC) and Blogapalooza Inc. have joined forces to develop Hatchery PH, the Philippines’ first creator incubator designed to help hatch creators into an elevated field of influence.

Hatchery PH will provide content creators with access to comprehensive training programs, industry mentors, and networking opportunities to help them produce quality content for their audience.

“Hatchery was born from a need to educate and collaborate with content creators around the Philippines. For years of working with different content creators, we realize that in order to address the need for a strong community of influencers and content creators,” Bryan Yap, chief executive officer of RGC, said.

The company is aiming to one day become an online training ground for top-tier Filipino content creators and influencers.

Chosen applicants will be mentored by industry professionals and accomplished digital creators from all over the country through their weekly training program.

“This program is a brainchild of RGC, VisMin’s leading digital transformation company and the creator of Bai Social and Blogapalooza, the Philippine’s premier influencer marketing company,” Ace Gapuz, chief executive officer of Blogapalooza Inc., said.

The applicants will be able to do brand tie-ups, one-on-one coaching sessions and the chance to pitch ideas and work on multiple projects with partner brands.

Gapuz said they aim for Hatchery PH to be a playing field of content creators where they can hone their skills in content creation.

The “hatchlings” or the chosen applicants will have exclusive learning sessions with industry experts and mentors on topics like digital marketing, content creation and execution, content monetization, pitching and brand relationships.

The first batch of hatchlings will be trained for free. Out of more than 100 applications, there were 20 hatchlings chosen from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

They will be undergoing a series of carefully crafted training sessions from industry mentors and thought leaders to help them understand the creative, technical and entrepreneurial facets of influencer marketing. (JOB)
