SINGAPORE, Dec. 23, 2025 — (NYSE American: GNS) (“Genius Group” or the “Company”), a leading education group powered by AI and focused on Bitcoin first, announced today that it acquired Lighthouse Studios on December 19, 2025. Lighthouse Studios is a podcast and video production studio for entrepreneurs, creators, and influencers based in Singapore, and the Company plans to relaunch it as Genius Studios on January 23, 2026.
Lighthouse Studios, located in Bali, Indonesia, is a podcast and video production studio catering to entrepreneurs, creators, and influencers. The purpose-built facility features a variety of recording studios, co-working space, a café, and meeting rooms. Genius Group has acquired the company from Lighthouse Studios’ founder, Monty Hooke, through an asset purchase agreement for an undisclosed amount that does not exceed the Company’s materiality threshold.
The acquisition of Lighthouse Studios, which is near Genius Group’s recently announced Genius City in Bali, is part of the Company’s broader plans to expand Genius Academy and Genius School, with AI-powered facilities aimed at bringing movie-production quality to educational content.
The studios, set to be relaunched as Genius Studios in January 2026, will serve as the global base for recording and producing the Company’s AI-powered microcourses, certifications, podcasts, and social media content. It will also house a Genius Café offering courses, events, and co-working facilities.
