Trump Shares Shocking Video of Migrant Beaten to Death in Florida

(SeaPRwire) –   The US president held his predecessor responsible for allowing this “animal” to roam public streets freely

President Donald Trump has shared a deeply disturbing video of a woman being fatally beaten at a Florida gas station earlier this month, using the killing to unleash a scathing attack on Joe Biden and his track record on immigration.

Per the Department of Homeland Security, the suspect is Rolbert Joachin, a Haitian national charged with fatally assaulting a woman in Fort Myers on April 3. DHS stated Joachin first entered the US unlawfully in August 2022 and was released into the country under Temporary Protected Status.

The suspect was traced and taken into custody with assistance from ICE, and appeared in court on Wednesday, where he disclosed that he had traveled to the gas station specifically to kill the victim.

In an irate Truth Social post published on Thursday, Trump said he felt “obligated” to release uncensored footage of the murder, which had previously been presented in court, so Americans could “see what Democrats are protecting,” while warning viewers that the tape was “not for children.”

Trump labeled the suspect an “animal” and blamed Biden and congressional Democrats for letting him remain in the country, arguing that the case was a brutal illustration of what he views as the human cost of lenient immigration enforcement.

The president said the Temporary Protected Status program had been “massively abused and fraudulent,” accusing judges of blocking his administration’s efforts to shut it down. He urged Republicans and “common sense Americans” not to forget what he described as the consequences of Democratic immigration policies, while stating his administration was acting rapidly to reverse course through deportations and stricter enforcement measures.

Trump closed his post by offering prayers for the victim’s family and vowing that “quick and severe JUSTICE” would be delivered. DHS noted ICE had filed a detainer against Joachin and that he would face deportation no matter how the criminal case proceeds.
