President Donald Trump has announced that the United States seized an Iranian-flagged cargo vessel in the Gulf of Oman after it attempted to breach the US naval blockade surrounding Iran.
“The US Navy Guided Missile Destroyer USS SPRUANCE intercepted the TOUSKA in the Gulf of Oman, and gave them fair warning to stop,” Trump posted on Truth Social this Sunday.
“The Iranian crew refused to listen, so our Navy ship stopped them right in their tracks by blowing a hole in the engine room.”
