Building on the previously announced Master Services Agreement with Orka Technologies Oy (“Orka Technologies”) to jointly develop AI infrastructure, this new deal secures a specific plot of land at Karsikkoniemenkuja in Mikkeli’s Pellosniemi industrial zone. The site covers approximately 101,071 square meters, and the 30-year lease term provides a stable foundation for Aurora Core to construct the planned data center and associated equipment in line with applicable local detailed planning regulations.
This significant land lease is explicitly allocated for the AI Data Center project referenced in the Company’s December 15, 2025 announcement. Securing this site marks a critical milestone, transitioning the project from strategic planning to tangible development. The Company views this long-term commitment as the physical bedrock for its AI infrastructure future, demonstrating a clear vision for the European market. The Mikkeli location was strategically selected due to its robust power infrastructure, climate conducive to energy-efficient cooling, and strong local government support—facilitated by Orka Technologies’ expertise.
