Taipei, Taiwan, Jan. 08, 2026 — Semilux International Ltd. (the “Company”) has received a letter (the “MVLS Deficiency Notice”) from the listing qualifications department staff (the “Staff”) of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) informing the Company that between November 13, 2025, and December 30, 2025, its Market Value of Listed Securities (“MVLS”) was below the $35 million minimum required for continued listing on The Nasdaq Global Market under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(b)(2)(A) (the “MVLS Requirement”).
The MVLS Deficiency Notice does not immediately affect the listing of the Company’s ordinary shares, and the Company’s common stock continues to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “SELX.”
Under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(C), the Company has 180 calendar days from the date of the MVLS Deficiency Notice—through June 29, 2026 (the “Compliance Date”)—to regain compliance with the MVLS Requirement. The MVLS Deficiency Notice states that if the Company’s MVLS closes at $35 million or more for at least ten consecutive business days during the compliance period ending on the Compliance Date, the Staff will provide written confirmation of compliance.
If the Company does not regain compliance by the Compliance Date, Nasdaq will issue written notice to the Company that its securities are subject to delisting. At that time, the Company may appeal such a delisting determination. However, there is no guarantee that if the Company receives a delisting notice from the Staff and appeals the determination, the appeal will be successful.
The Company intends to actively monitor its MVLS between now and the Compliance Date and will take all reasonable measures available to regain compliance with the MVLS Requirement. While the Company is making diligent efforts to maintain the listing of its ordinary shares on Nasdaq, there is no assurance that it will be able to regain or maintain compliance with the applicable continued listing standards set forth in the Nasdaq Listing Rules.
