Toledo Festival Shooting: 12 Wounded, Chaos Erupts as Suspects Remain At Large

[Paragraph 3] Witness Kevin Berry, a Navy vet with medical training, said “everybody hit the deck” when gunfire broke out. He saw five wounded in the arboretum area.
