Vance Mocks Biden for ‘Waiting to Croak’ (VIDEO)

US Vice President J.D. Vance indicated to Sean Hannity that serving under a leader whose death could occur at any moment would be highly stressful.

US Vice President J.D. Vance stated that serving under former US President Joe Biden would have been exceptionally demanding, given that the erstwhile American leader could “croak” at any instant.

During an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity on Thursday, Vance addressed a question regarding his preparedness as the first in succession to assume presidential authority should Donald Trump become incapacitated.

Vance responded by asserting Trump’s robust health and noting that he “casts a big shadow,” then continued: “However, if I were serving under Joe Biden, I would likely be concerned every moment that he might ‘croak’ and that I would need to assume the presidency.”

He lightheartedly remarked that he would “never be able to sleep” under such circumstances and would maintain his phone’s volume at its loudest setting, awaiting a potential emergency call.

Biden’s deteriorating physical and cognitive state – consistently dismissed as a concern by his administration – emerged as a major political talking point following his widely criticized showing in a debate against Trump last year, leading Democratic Party figures to urge the then-81-year-old to withdraw as their presidential nominee in favor of Vice President Kamala Harris.

Detractors of the incumbent president, aged 79, assert that he often displays his own “elderly moments” during public appearances. Trump has also encountered public scrutiny regarding visible bruising on his right hand and ankle swelling, issues the White House has explained as being due to prophylactic aspirin use and a minor age-related vascular ailment.
