Tokyo Lifestyle Co. Partners with HK Artemis to Boost Online Sales in Hong Kong

Tokyo, Japan, Oct. 20, 2025 — Tokyo Lifestyle Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: TKLF), a retailer and wholesaler based in Tokyo, specializing in Japanese beauty and health products, sundry goods, luxury items, electronics, collectible cards, trendy toys, and other items across Hong Kong, Japan, North America, Thailand, and the United Kingdom, has announced a collaboration. Its Hong Kong subsidiary, Tokyo Lifestyle Limited, has entered into a cooperation agreement and a supplementary agreement (collectively, the “Agreements”) with HK Artemis Limited (“HK Artemis”), a private company in Hong Kong, to boost online sales via the Company’s shopping mall app (the “App”) in Hong Kong.

As per the Agreements, Tokyo Lifestyle will transfer ownership of the App to HK Artemis by January 1, 2026, with payments made by HK Artemis in installments over three years.

Furthermore, Tokyo Lifestyle has granted HK Artemis a three-year, non-exclusive license to use the “TokyoLifestyle” trademark and associated brand identifiers for the App and its related online business. This license is contingent upon HK Artemis achieving specific minimum sales targets and investment commitments.

The aim of this collaboration is to increase Tokyo Lifestyle’s online sales, broaden its market reach, and unlock opportunities for long-term growth by utilizing HK Artemis’ extensive experience in online operations. The Company anticipates this will lead to a better understanding of customer preferences. By improving the relevance of offerings to individual users, the partnership is expected to increase conversion rates, strengthen customer engagement, and boost overall sales and revenue growth in Hong Kong’s competitive market.
